Today we are introducing Foyflow, our legal agent for moving work from instruction to finished deliverable. Give Foyflow a task and it can plan the work, search the case file and relevant legal sources, analyse the material, draft the result and save it back to the matter—while keeping the lawyer involved whenever professional judgment is required.
Foyflow is built for document-heavy legal work. It brings advanced DOCX handling for heavily annotated documents, faster document management for large matters, and the ability to browse iManage files and folders and add them directly to the agent’s context.
Underneath Foyflow is a new legal data layer that fetches, enriches, summarises and indexes public legal sources for high-quality retrieval. It is being extended with a knowledge graph that will let the agent navigate legal topics and relationships before retrieving specific documents, improving completeness beyond similarity search alone. Foyflow can also use local compute power, helping firms keep sensitive work under their control, reduce usage costs and maintain resilience when access to external models is limited.
